  2. Enter Weight: Provide your weight in kilograms.
  3. Optional Body Fat Percentage: Input your body fat percentage if known. This is optional and can help provide more accurate results.
  4. Calculate: Click the ‘Determine Body Type’ button to see your body type.

Body Types: The calculator classifies you into one of three main body types: Ectomorph, Mesomorph, or Endomorph. Each body type has its unique characteristics and suggests different approaches for fitness and nutrition.
